Saif al-Adel, also carried on the board as TARGET GOLF-1, has been sought by CIA, FBI, INTERPOL since 1998. The notice on record is FBI Most Wanted Terrorists · Rewards for Justice.
The map above places Saif al-Adel inside a search area around Eastern Iran plateau roughly 700 km across. That circle is an uncertainty band drawn from the last publicly reported sighting — it is not a live position, and TrackWanted makes no claim to know where this subject is right now.
The confidence figure shown on the board weighs how recent the public reporting is, how many independent agencies repeat the same region, and whether any newer account contradicts it. When reporting goes quiet the confidence decays rather than holding steady, so a stale notice is visibly stale instead of looking current.
Everything here is compiled from published agency notices and open reporting. Nothing on this page is investigative advice, and no part of it should be treated as a confirmed present-day location.
