Donald Eugene Fields II, also carried on the board as TARGET DELTA-9, has been sought by FBI since 2019. The notice on record is FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitive.
The map above places Donald Eugene Fields II inside a search area around US Midwest roughly 600 km across. That circle is an uncertainty band drawn from the last publicly reported sighting — it is not a live position, and TrackWanted makes no claim to know where this subject is right now.
The confidence figure shown on the board weighs how recent the public reporting is, how many independent agencies repeat the same region, and whether any newer account contradicts it. When reporting goes quiet the confidence decays rather than holding steady, so a stale notice is visibly stale instead of looking current.
Everything here is compiled from published agency notices and open reporting. Nothing on this page is investigative advice, and no part of it should be treated as a confirmed present-day location.
